AURÉLIE PARADISO DESIGN

This full gut renovation of a pre-war Beaux Arts apartment on West 12th Street reconfigured a railroad layout to better suit contemporary living while honoring the home’s historic character. We relocated the kitchen and master bath, introduced central air, and shifted the bedrooms to the quieter, darker rear of the apartment, reserving the brighter spaces for living and entertaining. New enlarged rooms, lighting, custom millwork, and layered finishes reflect a balance of tradition and modern simplicity.
